Declaration of We the People and or our Mandates

 

The "Declaration of We the People" is the Constitution with the appropriate amendments displayed in red letter for your convenience, and to be ratified by the several States.

By the power of the Declaration of Independence which is the Organic Law under the US Code of Laws, along with Article 6 and the 1st Amendment of the Constitution, We the People have the authority to mandate real change in our Government; I hope you agree and join Me in this effort.

The "Mandates of We the People" are Laws to be enacted by Congress who are bound by Article 6 of the Constitution to support the 1st Amendment.

  1. No bills shall be passed that are not read and properly debated.

  2. Have Congress provide no less than 20% interest to the taxes collected as Equity for the people, and back it with Gold and Silver.

  3. Income taxes to be apportioned by a flat Tax rate of no more than 5 percent.

  4. States shall be permitted to print and coin its own currency if Congress stops making money and or regulating the value thereof.

  5. The mode of ratification of amending the Constitution; to be either the Legislature of the States or by the People voting on ballot.

  6. Receive at least $2,000.00 per month in Social security or Disability, and reform Medicare to were their is one part that covers all medical and prescription drug costs 100%.

  7. Have the State and Federal Gov. provide a broadcast network and website that will feature election debates and each candidates political plan and comments so that each candidate has an equal opportunity to be seen and heard by the people, and end corporate influence.
