By the power of the Declaration of Independence which is the Organic Law under the US Code of Laws, and National Archives along with the 1st Amendment of the Constitution, We the People have the authority to mandate real change in our Government; I hope you agree and join Me in this effort.

Enter this website below and view both documents, below is just a sample of what we can achieve, when united as a Nation of one voice..

 

  1. No Bills shall be passed that has a Bill hidden within, or a Bill that is not titled according to its intent, or any Bill that has not been read and properly debated.
     

  2. No State shall impose property taxes on Senior Citizens over the age of sixty five, who has paid more than five years on the properties that they own.
     

  3. All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside, excluding illegal immigrants who shall be deported and their children born in the United States shall be deported with them unless they are of legal age, and the procedure of granting amnesty to immigrants shall be controlled by Congress.
     

  4. After the year 2028, Executive Orders previously made shall remain untouched.
     

  5. The President, Vice President, Judicial Officers, Senators, Representatives, and all civil Officers of the States and the United States Government, shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Insurrection, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors, and for not abiding by this Constitution, or lying to the American People to get elected into office.
     

  6. Receive at least $2,000.00 per month in Social security or Disability, and reform Medicare to were their is one part that covers 90% of medical and prescription drug costs.
     

  7. Have the State and Federal Gov. provide a broadcast network and website that will feature election debates and each candidates political plan and comments so that each candidate has an equal opportunity to be seen and heard by the people, and end corporate influence.
     

  8. No Federal Income Tax shall be laid, unless the Taxes collected are apportioned by a flat tax percentage rate not to exceed ten percent, excluding corporate taxes which shall not exceed twenty percent.
     

  9. To coin and print the Money of the United States, and provide interest of no less than twenty percent to the taxes collected as equity for the people, regulate the value thereof, and of foreign Currency, and fix the standard of Weights and measures;
     

  10. The Treasury of the United States would consist of the IRS, National Reserve separate from the Federal Reserve, and the Mint. The IRS would collect the taxes and deposit it into the National Reserve to build a surplus and send a receipt of the deposit to the Mint who will coin and print the money for the Treasury of the United States not to exceed the interest allowed by law as equity for the People to fund the Government.
     

  11. Entitlements would include Social Security, Medicare, Welfare, and Unemployment. All four will collect a tax from employees that will have at least 20% interest applied to it by the Treasury of the United States as equity for the People, not to exceed the interest allowed by law.
     

  12. And much more.
